1. Order Cancellations (Standard Orders)

• Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order for a full refund.
• After 30 minutes, cancellation may not be possible as preparation may have already begun.
• Once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. Pickup Orders

• Customers must collect their order at the selected pickup time.
• Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may be discarded due to food safety standards.
• No refunds will be issued for uncollected orders.

3. Delivery Orders

• Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, the order will not be refunded.
• If we are unable to complete delivery due to an issue on our end, a full refund will be issued.

4. Custom & Large Orders

• Custom dessert orders or bulk catering orders require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may result in a partial or no refund.
• Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of fulfillment.

5. Changes to Orders

• Minor changes may be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order.
• We cannot guarantee changes after preparation has begun.

6. Quality Concerns

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your items. Photos may be required. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each case individually.
